Questions of meaning are deeply human questions. They accompany us implicitly in our everyday life, but may also erupt suddenly and intensively after significant life changes and tragedies. The question for us is - how can we deal with them in psychotherapy? This webinar will explore meaning-related challenges and their treatment from the perspective of Logotherapy and Existential Analysis. Although we will begin with some philosophical and theoretical reflections on meaning, the main aim of this webinar is to provide a practical approach to working with meaning-related clinical problems. A practical method for working with the loss of meaning will be elaborated and highlighted through case examples. The didactic portion of the webinar is meant to last for approximately 40 minutes. The last 20 minutes of our time will be dedicated to questions. Webinar participants are encouraged to bring practical challenges and clinical cases that relate to the theme of the webinar. -
